About Us

I started Conscience Confections out of my love of baking and love for animals. After doing an internship at Farm Sanctuary 16 years ago, I became vegan. With fewer vegan options back then I decided I wanted to become a vegan chef. While studying at The Natural Gourmet Cookery School, I found that my real passion was for baking. I've spent 12 years baking strictly organic vegan, and more recently gluten free baked goods. My concern for the planet, animals used for food, and health have made it important to only bake with organic, natural and vegan ingredients. My goal is to make vegan treats that no one will know are vegan. I am very proud of my creations and look forward to new ones in the future. Enjoy!
